To process a return, you must send us the unwanted item through the transport method you choose, taking charge of its cost, with the reason for the return to email@example.com

We reserve the right to evaluate the reason for return, since we will not refund the amount if the item has a defect. If everything is correct we will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 4 days, discounting the shipping costs if any.
If reason for the return is a manufacturing defect, we will proceed to refund the full amount, including costs of transport.
Returns can not be made in the physical store
All those items of ceremony, christening, handmade, party and made to order, no changes or refunds will be accepted.
Regarding to the orders, the full amount will be paid when the order is formalized and it can not be cancelled once the order has been made.
What is the deadline to make a return?
The maximum period to make a change or return is 14 days from the date of receipt and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Do I have to pay to return?
Yes. The transport expenses generated by the return will be borne by the customer, except in case of manufacturing defects or defects.
The amount of the transport of the first delivery, already made, will be deducted from the total amount at the time of reimbursing the return.
Can I change an item?
